Story
I earned a Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Tampa in 2020, fueling my passion for creating effective and engaging corporate training and adult learning course content. My expertise lies in applying instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, Backward Design, and Inquiry-Based Learning, to develop impactful learning experiences.
With a strong foundation in educational technology and multimedia production, I design instructional materials for diverse settings, including workshops, classroom-based, instructor-led, and e-learning environments.
Focusing on higher education and adult learning, I prioritize fostering problem-solving, performance enhancement, and customer success. My exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills allow me to thrive in team-based projects, delivering effective, learner-centered solutions.
